Why A CC Licence?
I want you to see the moment exactly as I did, and simply enjoy the image. That’s also why I share my work under a Creative Commons licence. The CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 licence makes it easy: it gives you the freedom to use and share the photos for non-commercial purposes, while the copyright and ownership stay with me.
You are free to
- Share - copy and pass on my photos in any format or platform.
- Attribution - give appropriate credit, provide a link to the licence, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable way, but not in a manner that suggests I endorse you or your use.
- NonCommercial - you may not use the material for commercial purposes.
- NoDerivatives - if you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you may not distribute the modified version.
- No additional restrictions - you may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the licence permits.
Questions?
Not sure what the licence covers, or thinking about using my work commercially? Just reach out - I’m happy to clear things up.
Did I snap a photo of you on the street and hand you my card?
First off, thanks again for your time in front of the camera!
To get your photo, just favourite the image on the site. From your favourites list, you can share it via email or grab the direct download link (licensed under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 for private use).
If you’d like a clean, high-res version without the watermark, you can also send a request to me directly from your favourites page.
